Reconciliation is a sacrament in which sinners are forgiven and gain reconciliation with God and the Church, by the confession of their sins to a priest and performing a penance.
The connection between conciliation and reconciliation is both brings peace. Conciliation's relation to reconciliation is the practice of bringing two things together in agreement or in peace.
