Growing up is hard task to manage. During your young days, you must deal with physical, emotional and psychological challenges as you grow. Everything happens, but it happens for a reason; for us to understand our mistakes and learn from them. In short, no matter what, everyone will always be happy in the end if you just believe.

-Update 

• What have you done?

I had done a video about bullying. Kate and I did it for our PSA project. We used our love for music and art to do it. We narrated a poem about bullying and added illustrations while we played the background music with my guitar and her piano. 

• What do you plan on doing?

We plan on doing more of these with Cherry and Cherilyn now in our group. We plan on making more of these videos to inspire people and spread love, peace, hope and happiness everywhere with the use of art and music.

• Has it changed or evolved from your original idea?

It evolved from my original idea by putting art and music into one. I put them all in one video that can spread a message and help people feel great about themselves and their day.

• Where do you expect to be by the end of May?

By the end of May, I expect to have at least more than 3 videos with different themes. I have already done one about bullying. Doing this will help us understand people about their problems and express it by the help of one video.

Random Acts of Kindness

Spreading some random acts of kindness from day to day can really make someone's day and can make you feel better about yourselves. It's not that hard! I have done lots of random kindness from time to time. People these days assume the negative instead of the positive. That said, why don't we try to spread love, kindness and positivity to one another. Let's make everyone smile and feel better about themselves and their day. Wouldn't that be nice? :) :) :)

Let me share to you a random act of kindness that I just read. It's about this man who payed for the mom and 2 child's meal. He saw the mother trying her best to behave her children with patience and care. The man was moved and wanted to help. He admired the way she showed care by teaching them that sometimes thing don't go well and we have to deal with it. He payed for their meal and left a note about her hard work and how she can inspire many people.

Some of the past random acts of kindness that I have done and might inspire you to do too!

1. Instead of getting mad at someone who is rude to you, just smile and express compassion for their situation. They might had a rough time.
2. Call someone you haven't spoken for a while. I call and chat to my old classmates from time to time so they wouldn't forget about me! :)
3. Praise someone for their hard work and good job. Every time during group work, I praise my group for everyone's hard work and team work.
4. Be an active listener. Don't try to speak when someone is still talking. Just wait until they finish.
5. Let someone go ahead of in line. If someone is in a hurry or just has a few items, just let them go first. It wouldn't hurt to go second.
6. Have good manners. It's nice to have great manners form time to time.
7. Volunteer your time to a charity. If you are not that busy, why not try volunteering. I have volunteered for our building's food donation. It was easy!
8. Greet people with a smile. Say hello to a passerby. Smiling works! It makes everyone feel better!
9. Sincerely compliment someone every day. It is not that hard to compliment someone about their good looks, great smile, nice hair or wonderful scent.
10. Always keep your word. Don't just go on making promises you would not even keep. Keep your word!  
11. Help a friend in need. I always help a friend in need when I'm not that busy. One time everyone was stressed out because of this one project. I tried contributing to help them.
12. Be forgiving. I am a really forgiving person. From time to time, I say sorry for simple mistakes. Again, It isn't hard. It's actually fun saying sorry admitting your mistakes.
13. Be grateful for everything you have. Some people doesn't have anything. Be thankful.
14. Accept other's kindness too!
15. Of course don't forget to do the simple kind acts; help people who dropped their things and hold doors for people.

By creating random acts of kindness, we spread love and happiness and create a flow of positive and loving energy. Energy never dies, it transfers! :D :D :D -Have a great & kind day!

I can relate this poem to my confirmation because it tells me not to be coward when the times comes. It tells me to have the spirit of courage and faith since the Holy Spirit will be there to guide and protect me. It says that nothing in this world not even the worst storm can make me tremble because I have an immovable faith that shines equally like the heaven that shines and protects me from fear. It tells me to put my whole faith on God Almighty who is always present, beside and lives within me. My life is already rested in His hands.
